COMMON QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Get the details you need to move forward with confidence about our capabilities, turnaround times, and process.

Our machining centers accommodate parts up to [your actual capacity, like “30” × 16” × 20”]. We can also machine features down to .020” diameter holes and #0-80 threads. Very small features do increase costs due to tooling and cycle time. If your project exceeds our normal capacities or has highly specialized requirements, we’ll let you know the best path forward.

Absolutely. Whether it’s one prototype part or a full production run, we’ll quote it. We work with projects of all sizes.

Sure. Give us the basics (material, approximate size, quantity, general features) and we can provide a ballpark estimate. Once you have formal drawings, we’ll give you a firm quote.

Yes, we do reverse engineering regularly. Send us the sample, we’ll measure and create a drawing for your approval, then provide a quote.

Either works. We can handle packaging and shipping, or you’re welcome to arrange your own freight pickup. Whatever is easiest for you.

We typically source and supply material as part of the quote, which simplifies the process for most customers. If you prefer to supply your own material, we can accommodate that as well.

Yes, we’re always open to new work. Give us a call and we’ll let you know our current lead times. It varies depending on what’s in the queue.

Absolutely. If we spot manufacturability concerns, tolerance conflicts, or design issues, we’ll contact you before we start production. No sense making expensive scrap.

Contact us immediately. If we made an error, we’ll remake the parts at no charge. If there’s a discrepancy in drawing interpretation, we’ll discuss the situation and determine the best path forward. Our goal is to make it right.
